Gold Room had a great summer and has accomplished a lot this quarter. AB has completed the first Handwriting Without Tears cursive writing book and his cursive looks great! He is also close to mastering triple digit subtraction with regrouping and is working hard on learning how to tell if he has enough money for a purchase. CC is doing great with matching shapes, letters, and identifying words. He's still working hard at the Goodwill and has been participating well in group activities. He makes us all smile and laugh with his giggle and sweet dance moves. RF has been showing off his spelling skills by spelling color words, pointing at the correct letters in order when shown a picture. He is also working hard on learning 5+1--5+5 addition facts and is learning quickly. MM has mastered adding coins with a calculator by independently adding the values of the coins and has moved on to adding dollars in the calculator. He is also doing a great job at the Toledo Zoo Vocational program. He is doing well writing his formal first name and last name. IS has also made great improvements with cursive writing and has recently mastered triple digit subtraction with regrouping with 100% independence! He is also learning quickly how to tell if he has enough money to make a purchase. CS has made a lot of progress with his addition and subtraction goals. He has mastered double digit addition and subtraction without regrouping and has moved on to double digit subtraction with regrouping. His cursive writing also looks phenomenal!
