From the Quarterly Newsletter (Winter 2011)
By Connie Galloway, Kemi Oladokun, Danielle Harris, & Zachary Kanary
Fall is here and so is the cooler weather! Over the summer the students have learned about communicating their wants and needs, fire safety, cleaning, making choices, and what happens when one is ill. This fall, the students will learn about people in society and the weather. The students continue to work with peers inside and outside the classroom, stay on task for longer periods, and increase their work load. We also look forward to going to the pumpkin patch and McDonald’s in October. Our class welcomes our new paraprofessional Zach and soon Kemi will be on maternity leave!
